The fully polished glazed tile is a special glaze that can be polished on the glaze. It is the last glaze applied to the antique brick. Currently, it is usually a transparent glaze or a transparent convex glaze. The glazed full-glazed tile combines the advantages of polished tiles and antique tiles.

The glazed surface of the fully polished glazed tile is as smooth and polished as polished tiles, and its glazed color is rich in patterns such as antique bricks, and the color is heavy or beautiful.

Touched by hand, the surface is bright and soft, smooth and non-protruding, and it is crystal clear and translucent. The underglaze stone texture is clear and natural. After being blended with the upper transparent glaze, it is covered with a transparent crystal glaze film, which makes the overall layer more distinct.

The United States full polished glaze is different from ordinary polished tiles. The glaze on the surface is a special crystal wear-resistant glaze. After high-temperature sintering, the molecules are completely sealed, almost no gaps, and can be kept bright for a long time without being dull, hard and wear-resistant. Mohs hardness is above 6 degrees, water absorption is less than 0.5%, uniform, dense, stable and safer than natural stone.

The full-glazed glaze is underglaze, and the full-glazed tile is a glazed tile. Full glaze is a special glaze that can be polished on the glaze. The blank process is similar to the general glazed floor tile. The main difference is that it is printed after the bottom glaze is applied, and then a transparent layer is applied. The glaze of the face, after firing, throws away the entire glaze, retaining a part of the glaze layer, the printed layer, and the bottom glaze. The main goal of the full-throwing brick is to replace the polished brick.

The main advantages of the full-glazed tile process: the full-glazed tile body does not need high-quality raw materials, as long as the surface layer has a glaze layer of about 0.5-1mm. The polished bricks also need 2-3mm of fine material; the simulation of the polished glazed brick pattern is easy to do and the cost is low. The glazed tile is made more environmentally friendly. Because the glaze layer is fired faster and the energy consumption is lower, the glaze has lower energy consumption and higher yield than polishing.
