Porcelain density and hardness, good quality
- Jul 03, 2018 -

Color sense: mainly whether the tile has color difference, whether the color is rich, good tile without color difference, rich and varied colors. Consumers can put the tiles on the ground, put them into a square meter, and watch them at a distance of three meters. Is there a feeling of different color depth or inability to connect? Does it cause aesthetic obstacles? If not, it means no color difference. The colorless tiles are laid at home, giving people a beautiful experience, while the tiles with the color difference are irritating and the eyes are uncomfortable.

Texture: that is, the texture and quality give people the feeling, different textures give people a variety of feelings such as soft and hard, virtual, smooth, tough, crisp, transparent and turbid.

Aesthetics: Aesthetics is a holistic feeling. It is the overall feeling of tile color, texture and paving effect. At the same time, it also considers hardness, toughness, wear resistance, flatness, etc. In the selection, it is necessary to choose a good flatness. Tiles, the surface is not bent, not warped, easy to construct, the ground is smooth after construction; the glaze should be uniform, smooth, tidy, smooth, delicate, bright, and consistent in color. In the paving, the ground and the wall are coordinated and unified, giving a whole sense of beauty.

A look: look at the color and flatness. In general, the clearer the color of the tile, the better, with the naked eye to see if there are pinholes, pinholes are easy to accumulate.

Second listening: By tapping to hear the sound density, the sound is crisp and the porcelain density and hardness are high and the quality is good.

Three measurements: on-site measurement. Measure with a ruler or tape measure, four sides and diagonal lines of the tile, and check the size.

Four scrapes: look at the quality from the traces. Check the surface quality of the tile, you can use a hard object to scrape the tile glaze to determine the surface hardness of the tile.

Five trials: look at the water absorption rate of the tiles. In general, the low water absorption of tiles, the higher the inherent stability of the tiles, the more suitable for space with high moisture or moisture content (such as bathroom, kitchen), and no black spots and other problems. The common method for testing the water absorption rate of ceramic tiles is to pour the back of the tile, and the quality of the tile that penetrates slowly or even does not seep is good, otherwise it is not good.
